Order Processing Time & Shipment Tracking
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or US federal holidays.
- Delivery timeframes are estimated in real-time at checkout and are subject to change. For tracking updates, please check your shipping confirmation email or log in to your account.
Multiple Shipments
- We fulfill orders from various warehouses worldwide, so your order may arrive in multiple shipments. You will be notified by email when this happens—no additional shipping fee will be charged. Occasionally, multiple orders may be combined into a single shipment.
- Your card is charged when each shipment is fulfilled. If your order is split, you may see multiple charges, each corresponding to the items shipped.
Customs Duties & Import Fees
What Is Customs Duty?
Customs Duty is a charge applied by the importing country's customs authority on goods entering the country. If required, the customer is responsible for paying it to local authorities. Rates and obligations are determined by your local regulations.
The duty amount is usually based on the value and classification of the items.

- You’ll receive a confirmation email after placing your order and another email with tracking info once your order ships.
- Delivery timeframes begin the day after the order is placed, unless otherwise specified.
- We are currently unable to deliver to military addresses or P.O. boxes in all countries.
