You are responsible for securely packing the items and attaching the provided label.
Please Note: To avoid additional return shipping charges, please use a box that is the same size as, or smaller than, the original packaging. Using a larger box will result in higher shipping fees due to volumetric weight, and this increased cost will be deducted from your refund.
Once a return request has been approved, customers have 28 days to provide shipping updates. If no action is taken within this timeframe, the return request will be canceled and considered closed. After the 28-day period, the item will no longer be eligible for return.
Customers may return or cancel an order for reasons beyond warranty claims. Please note that VXAparts reserves the right to apply a restocking and/or handling fee of 12% of the merchandise cost, with a minimum fee of 7.99 USD.
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, missing, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 14 business days of delivery. For faulty products, report the issue within 14 days of the delivery date. If you discover damaged items in your shipment, report them within 14 business days of receiving the package. If some items of the order are missing, please contact customer service for a partial refund or redelivery of the missing item. Failure to report these issues within the specified timeframes may result in the denial of replacement products. If you need to forward, re-ship, or transfer the shipment to another location, please report any missing items before doing so. Failure to do so may result in immediate claim denial.
If your package is not delivered despite tracking information indicating delivery, notify us within 14 days. We will initiate a tracer with the original shipping carrier.
Any domestic deliveries refused by the receiver or deemed non-deliverable will incur a return handling fee and be processed under our standard return policy, including a 12% restocking fee (with a minimum of USD 7.99).
Any international deliveries that are refused at the time of delivery will be subject to carrier abandonment of the package. At that time, the ordered products would be discarded by the carrier. The customer will not be refunded for the value of the order and the discarded products are no longer retrievable.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, we will provide a summary of any applicable return fees and associated costs, which will be deducted from your refund total. The remaining balance will then be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at order@vxaparts.com.
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification [2]. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If the return is due to issues with the product or order (such as wrong product description, incorrect item received, defective/poor quality, or damaged on arrival), Merchant will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
If the return is due to order the wrong product, the product not meeting expectations, no longer needed/wanted, or late delivery in certain cases, Customer will be responsible for covering shipping, duties & taxes (*2), and arranging the return shipment.
