Step 4: Provide Return Details (Unboxing Video if Applicable)

Tell us briefly why you’re returning this item. Unboxing video only required if the issue appears to be from us.
Step 5: Await Approval

Our team will review your submitted return request. Please wait for an approval email before shipping anything back.
Step 6: Follow Shipping Instructions & Ship Items

You’ll get an email with return steps and a label. Pack your unused items carefully in the original box with tags still attached.

Most stores have a 28-day return window. Be sure to communicate the return window clearly on the label. If your order is past this period, returns may not be accepted.
Shipping Costs
Certain conditions may result in deductions from your refund. These can include charges for return shipping, custom fees, and restocking fees.
Packaging Instructions
How to prepare your package for return:
- Print Your Return Label: Please download and print the return label from our email.
- Prepare Your Package: Pack items in the original box or a smaller one to avoid extra charges. Please be aware that shipping carriers charge based on volumetric weight. Using a larger box will result in higher return shipping fees, and this extra cost will be deducted from your final refund.
- Schedule the Pickup: Wait for a call from Shipping Courier to schedule your package pickup.
- If the return pickup attempt is unsuccessful, customers may need to cover the additional cost.
