VXA Warranty Policy
1. Warranty Period & Eligibility
VXA provides a Standard 12-month Limited Warranty automatically with all eligible product purchases. This warranty is valid for 12 months from the date of fulfillment (as indicated by tracking info) and applies strictly to the original purchaser.
2. Scope of Coverage
This warranty strictly covers manufacturing and structural defects of the product itself under normal driving conditions.
3. Warranty Exclusions
This limited warranty is immediately voided under the following circumstances:
- Track/Racing/Offroad Abuse: Products used for track days, racing, off-roading, or extreme street driving.
- External Force: Damage from accidents, road debris, potholes, or force majeure.
- Improper Installation: Unauthorized cutting, welding, modification, or forced fitment with incompatible third-party parts.
- Surface Degradation & Consumables: Cosmetic degradation, color fading, surface rust due to weathering, or naturally consumed components.
4. Remote Verification Requirement:
The submission of high-resolution photos, clear video evidence demonstrating the defect, and proof of professional installation (an invoice/receipt from a certified mechanic/garage) is required. This comprehensive documentation is mandatory to facilitate our remote evaluation process. Claims lacking sufficient visual evidence or documentation will be denied.
5. Resolution & Logistics
Approved claims within the 12-month period will be resolved via product repair or replacement at VXA’s discretion. The buyer remains solely responsible for all shipping, handling, logistics fees, customs duties, and import taxes associated with the warranty unit.
Note: Cash refunds to the original payment method are strictly unavailable after the initial 90-day return window.
6. Product-Specific Applicability
The availability of this Standard 12-month Limited Warranty is strictly determined by the details provided on the individual product page. To verify if your item is eligible for this coverage, please refer to the "Warranty" tab located within the Information section at the bottom of the product page at the time of purchase. If the Warranty tab does not explicitly indicate the inclusion of the 12-month Limited Warranty, the product is exempt from this policy and is only subject to the standard 90-day return window.
7. Claims & Returns Abuse:
Customers with an excessively high claim rate or return frequency may be deemed ineligible for warranty coverage. This includes, but is not limited to, submitting multiple claims for items prior to the end of the 12-month period, or proactively attempting to claim a replacement before an actual, verifiable product failure has occurred. VXA reserves the right to deny service, void the Standard 12-month Limited Warranty.
Relationship with the Lifetime Reliability Program
Standard Customers: Upon the expiration of this 12-month Limited Warranty, all coverage under this policy terminates permanently. Standard returns or warranty claims will no longer be accepted.
Note: For customers who purchased the VXA Lifetime Reliability Program at the time of their original order, coverage will automatically transition to the Lifetime Reliability Program terms upon the expiration of this 12-month window.
