To join the VXA Rewards Program, follow these steps:

1. Create an Account: Visit our Sign Up page and fill in your details like your first and last name, email address, and a password.
2. Confirm Your Membership: After registering, a confirmation email will be sent to you. Click the link in that email to activate your membership.
3. Earn Points: You will earn 20 points upon account creation. As a member, you can earn 1 point for every $10 spent on qualifying purchases.
4. Redeem Points: Points can be redeemed for discounts on future orders, with specific values assigned to the points.

Based on the table, you earn points by making purchases! Your earning rate increases with your tier:

• Silver Tier: You earn 1 Point for every $10 USD spent.
• Gold Tier: You earn 20% more points than the Silver tier.
• VIP Tier: You earn 50% more points than the Silver tier.
• You also earn bonus points when you move up to a higher tier.

How You Earn Points
You'll earn points on the final price you pay for products, after any discounts are applied. We also have special bonus point promotions and other fun ways to earn without making a purchase, so keep an eye out for those!

Just a Heads-Up on What Doesn't Earn Points
A few things don't count towards earning points:

• Shipping fees
• The value of gift cards or vouchers
• Any part of a purchase paid for with points.

Returns & Cancellations.

• If you return or cancel an order, the points you earned from it will be removed from your account.
• Important note on using points: Points you spend on an order that has already begun shipping cannot be returned to your account if you make a return.

When you’re ready to use your points:

1. Log into your VXA account.
2. Open the Rewards widget (bottom left corner of our site).
3. Select “Redeem Points” to generate a custom code.
4. Copy and paste the code into the discount box at checkout.

Please note: points can only be used on orders over $100 USD and redeemed in set increments (10 points = $10, 20 points = $20, etc.).

The minimum order amount to use your points at VXA Parts is $100 USD. You need to have at least this amount to redeem any points for discounts.

Member tier qualification is based on your lifetime spend, not your order count.

• To reach the Silver Tier, you just need to subscribe to our loyalty program.
• The Gold Tier requires a $1,200 USD lifetime spend.
• The VIP Tier requires a $4,000 USD lifetime spend.
