VXA Rewards Program TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The following terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) govern the VXA Rewards Program (“Loyalty Program”). Members of the Loyalty Program will earn points through the purchase of qualifying online products and participation in online activities. These points can be redeemed towards the purchase of certain online offers.

I. MEMBERSHIP

  1. Membership in the VXA Rewards Program is free, and no purchase is necessary to join. To become a member, you must establish an account at https://www.vxaparts.com  For information on how we use the data you provide, please review our privacy policy here. This program is void where prohibited.
  2. To be eligible for the VXA Rewards Program, you must create an account as outlined in these Terms and Conditions. You can create an account if you meet the following criteria: You are at least thirteen (13) years old and have Internet access and a valid mailing address.I f you are between the ages of 13 and 18, you must obtain your parents’ permission to register for an account. By creating an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, username, and password, and for restricting access to your account. You must ensure that your account information is current, complete, accurate, and truthful. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account, username, and/or password.
    If you are accessing and using the site on behalf of someone else, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person as the principal to all Terms and Conditions provided herein. If you do not have such authority, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and to accept liability for any harm caused by wrongful use of the site or content resulting from such access or use.
    Each person is allowed only one member account. If multiple accounts are discovered for a single individual, the points accumulated will be forfeited, and the individual will be unsubscribed from the VXA Rewards Program.
  3. How To Enrol in the VXA Rewards Program. (a) Create an account: Visit https://vxaparts.com/account/register to become a registered user of the VXA Rewards Program. Click here to be taken directly to the registration page. You will be asked for your first and last name, your email address, and a password. Signing up won’t automatically subscribe you to our newsletter list, and you have the option to opt out at any time. Once you have submitted the required information, you will receive an email at the address you provided to confirm your membership.
  4. How to Access/Change Your Member Information. You must ensure your personal information on your account is current. To update your information, go to the "My Account" section and log in using your registered email address and current password. Once logged in, you can update your account information, review current and past orders, change your profile, manage subscriptions and applications, and access previous purchases from your dashboard.
  5. How to Cancel Your Membership. You may cancel your account at any time by emailing support@vxaparts.com with "cancel membership" in the subject line. The email must be sent from the address currently associated with your Rewards Program Account. If you no longer have access to that email address, contact our customer service department for assistance. Upon cancellation, you will no longer be a member, and any unused points accrued in your account will be forfeited and cannot be redeemed. Points retain their value only on valid accounts in good standing and, except as otherwise provided for redemption, have no cash value outside of their redemption value on the site.

II. EARNING POINTS

  1. General. Members can earn points on products purchased at vxaparts.com. To receive points for your online purchases, ensure you are signed into your account, which you can verify by checking the upper right corner of the site. Points are not awarded for shipping fees or purchases made with gift vouchers.
  2. Earning Rate. Members earn one point for 10 dollars spent on qualifying purchases. Additionally, members in VIP I, VIP II, and VIP III will receive bonus points upon upgrading. VIP I members will receive 10 bonus points upon upgrading, VIP II members will receive 20 bonus points upon upgrading, and VIP III members will earn 30 bonus points upon upgrading. To earn points, you must be logged in to your account. Points are calculated based on your order subtotal after discounts and are rounded down to the nearest whole number. For example, a $99.99 purchase earns 9 points.
  3. Addition of Points to Accounts. Points will be added to your Account under the following conditions, and will generally appear immediately.
  4. Exclusions. Members earn points only on the purchase price of: (i) qualifying online products. Calculation of points excludes payment by the Member for shipping charges. Points will not be earned on any discounts or other credits offered in connection with a product or service. For example, if a product originally priced at $50 is purchased on sale for $25, only $25 will contribute to your points balance. Purchases of gift cards, redemption of vouchers, and any type of price adjustments, including returns, are not eligible for points. Additionally, purchases made before joining the rewards program or while not logged in do not earn points.
  5. Returns/Order Cancellations. Points earned for a purchase that is then the subject of a return, cancellation, declined credit card or gift card will be deducted from your account in an amount equal to the points earned for the original transaction. Points cannot be reapplied back to your rewards account for any reason on a returned order. If your points balance becomes negative due to returns or cancellations, you cannot earn new points until your balance reaches zero (0), by making purchases, or engaging in other promotional activities offered from time to time. If you cancel an order before it ships or a label has been printed, you may request that the rewards points used on that order be returned to your account. However, once your order has begun shipping, rewards points cannot be reapplied.
  6. Bonus Point Promotions. VXA may offer bonus point promotions on select online products from time to time. During these promotions, you can earn additional points when purchasing specified items or shopping within specific timeframes. Bonus point amounts will be clearly outlined in each offer. Bonus point promotions are offered at VXA's discretion and are subject to specific terms and conditions. These promotions cannot be combined with other offers.
  7. Limitations on Points. If you redeem points towards the purchase of a product and pay a portion of the retail price after the point's redemption, you will receive points only on the leftover retail amount you pay, and not on any value attributed to the point you used. If points fully cover a purchase, no additional points are earned.
  8. Non-purchase Options for Earning Points. You may also earn additional points through non-purchase activities beyond purchases. VXA occasionally offers promotions where you can win prizes and earn points. These promotions often require no purchase and are subject to specific rules and restrictions found on the entry page of any promotion. For giveaway promotions, there is NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO PLAY OR TO WIN.

You are eligible to receive points only once for the following actions:

  • Creating an account: New members earn 20 points upon account creation. Existing customers who created an account before the rewards program launch are not eligible for this bonus.

You are eligible to receive points multiple times for the following actions:

  • Making purchases
  • Additional point-earning opportunities may arise periodically. Please note that points earned from these activities, including bonus point promotions, might initially appear as "pending" before being finalized.

III. REDEEMING POINTS

  1. How To Use Your Points. Points redemption adheres to specific guidelines outlined in these Terms and Conditions. Importantly, points can only be used for online purchases exceeding $100 at vxaparts.com, and must be redeemed in whole increments as defined by the program. Points towards Products: Members can redeem points for discounts on purchases based on the following scale:
    10 points = $10.00 off (orders over $100)
    20 points = $20.00 off (orders over $200)
    40 points = $40.00 off (orders over $400)
  2. Points can only be redeemed in any combination of the point and increment amounts set forth above. Product availability may impact redemption options.  Any rewards discounts applied to the order will be distributed equally across eligible items in the order when completing a return. Any reward around discounts to items or $ OFF can only be applied to products in VXA store.
  3. To Redeem your Points. Before you begin shopping with us, sign into your VXA Rewards Program account. Select “Redeem Points” from the VXA Rewards widget on the bottom left corner side. You will be issued a custom code that you can copy and paste into the discount bar during checkout (Please note - the code can only be used once). Your total payment amount will be discounted by the amount of points you redeemed for your purchase. Rewards redemption codes can be stackable with other promotions. Note that points may only be redeemed for the purchase price of the product. Shipping fees are your responsibility and points can only be applied to product costs, not shipping fees and additional charges.
  4. Exclusions. Each customer is limited to one account. Only one discount code can be applied per order. Points are non-transferable and cannot be gifted or applied to past purchases. Points earned by different members on separate accounts cannot be combined or aggregated to make purchases of products or for any purpose. Points earned in a transaction cannot be redeemed in the same transaction. Redeemed points cannot be applied retroactively to past orders or adjusted based on subsequent point redemptions. Points hold no value outside of vxaparts.com and are a benefit exclusive to members in good standing.
  5. Points Expiration and Time Lapses. All points, whether earned through standard purchases or bonuses, expire 18 months after being credited to your account. This expiration applies regardless of point status (on hold, approved, etc.) and is calculated from the date points are assigned. For example, points earned on February 1st, 2023, will expire on August 1st, 2024.

    Order: points are added to your account when your order is fulfilled.

IV. GENERAL

By creating an account at vxaparts.com and joining the Rewards Program, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in these Terms and Conditions, as well as any other terms that may be associated with the Rewards Program. VXA reserves the right to cancel, modify, suspend or restrict the Royals Rewards Program, your account, the redemption of points, or any aspect of the Program, including, without limitation, the point conversion ratio and the point expiration policy at any time. Any changes can be made without advance notice. VXA may make these changes even though such changes may affect your ability to use points already accumulated. You are responsible for remaining knowledgeable about the Program Terms and Conditions. A Member's points balance, as reflected in VXA’s records, shall be deemed correct. VXA reserves the right to determine the amount of points in any Member's account based on VXA’s internal records related to such Member's account. In the event of an inconsistency between the amount accrued in a Member's account as stated on any Member's receipt and VXA’s internal records, VXA’s internal records will control. VXA assumes no responsibility for errors caused by incorrect Member information. Your right to transfer points earned or granted under the Program is strictly limited. The sale of points is prohibited and may result in the confiscation or cancellation of your points as well as suspension or termination of your membership, which in each case shall be final and conclusive. All transactions involving points and all Member accounts are subject to review and verification by VXA. The points balance in a Member's account may be unavailable for use when an account or transaction is under review. VXA may revoke any Member's membership in the Rewards Program at any time if such Member engages in abuse of the Rewards Program or fails to follow the terms and conditions of the Program. Fraud or abuse relating to the accrual of points or redemption of rewards may result in revocation of membership in the Program and may affect a Member's eligibility for participation in any other VXA program, present or future. Points are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. The interpretation and application of the Program's Terms and Conditions are at the sole discretion and determination of VXA. The Terms and Conditions of our Rewards Program are subject to change at VXA’s sole discretion at any time and without notice to customers. Upon customer’s at-will termination of their vxaparts.com registered account, or if a customer is termination for violation of these Terms and Conditions or other activities in violation of the intent and good faith intended use of this Site, all points will immediately be forfeited and will no longer be redeemable. VXA will make reasonable efforts to award points as outlined above to all 1. registered and 2. qualifying vxaparts.com customers, but is not responsible for any technical or unforeseen errors that may occur.

Points are nontransferable, nonredeemable for cash, are nonrefundable and are not valid outside of vxaparts.com. Purchases made outside vxaparts.com are not valid for point accrual (this includes, but is not limited to Facebook resell groups, Ebay, and Amazon).

Employees of VXA are not eligible to participate in the Rewards Program.
